Sabi Apps, LLC operates SetbackIQ from the United States.
What we collect
When you check an address, we send it to the US Census geocoder, the relevant city or county GIS service, and FEMA’s flood map to answer your question. If address suggestions are turned on, what you type is sent to Mapbox to suggest matches. We keep a cache of lookup results (address, parcel, zoning district and flood zone, all public records) for up to seven days to keep the service fast. Your project answers stay in your browser and in the page URL; we don’t store them.
Our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security for up to 30 days. If advertising is shown on guide pages, Google may set cookies to serve ads; see Google’s advertising policies.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information and we don’t require an account.
